DESCRIPTION:One of the biggest challenges for budding start-ups is to devel
 op a functioning business model from their business idea. In recent years\
 , various models have been developed to support founders in this important
  step. The best-known method for business model development is the Busines
 s Model Canvas\, which places the customer at the centre of all activities
 . But what exactly do you need to look out for in a business model and how
  can you use the Business Model Canvas effectively?\n\nSAXEED has been off
 ering a short workshop on this topic since this semester\, which provides 
 compact knowledge in three hours. The aim is to work out the requirements 
 of a high-potential business idea and present the possibilities of busines
 s model development. Using exercises with the Business Model Canvas\, you 
 can directly test your real or fictitious business idea.\n\nAgenda:\n\n- G
