Du hast Lust dich mit Fragen und Ideen zum Thema Kreislaufwirtschaft in einem interdisziplinären Team auseinanderzusetzen? Oder du bist einfach nur neugierig und findest Kreislaufwirtschaft und Nachhaltigkeit sind nicht nur beliebige Buzzwords, sondern starke Begriffe für einen lebenswerte Zukunft. Es spielt dabei keine Rolle ob ihr den Fokus bspw. auf den Campus, Stadt Chemnitz oder für die Gesellschaft insgesamt legt. Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Prozesse/Verfahren oder IT-Lösungen sind gesucht. Von der Idee bis zum Prototyp!
Die TU Chemnitz ist ein großartiger Kosmos geistigen Potentials. Wir möchten schauen was in euch steckt und laden euch zum Hackathon we:construct an der TU Chemnitz ein. Vom 21.11. – 24.11.2023 möchten wir mit euch gemeinsam zum Thema Kreislaufwirtschaft überlegen und schauen wie geschlossene Produktkreisläufe (Closed Loops) die Lösung der Zukunft sein können.
„Closed Loop“-Recycling ist sicher ein möglicher Weg, Upcycling ein anderer. Anregungen hierzu bietet die precious plastic-Community.
Wir sind uns sicher, dass eure Ideen großartig sind und möchten euch hierfür Räume, Labore und Coaches zur Verfügung stellen. Auch wenn ihr keine eigene Idee habt, aber das Format spannend findet, ist dies kein Hinderungsgrund für eine Teilnahme. Neben selbst eingebrachten Ideen sammeln wir aktuell Fragestellungen, Probleme und Herausforderungen aus der Praxis. Dadurch entsteht die Möglichkeit Unternehmen aus der Region aktiv in ihren Bestrebungen zu mehr Kreislaufwirtschaft zu unterstützen.
Aber was ist eigentlich ein Hackathon?
Gute Frage! Hackathons sind Events wo Teams unterschiedlicher Disziplinen und Fachrichtungen miteinander arbeiten und voneinander lernen, um innovative und mitunter ungewöhnliche Lösungen für reale und relevante Probleme zu entwickeln. Unterstützt durch Coaches gilt es innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Zeitraums Ideen zu generieren und diese im besten Fall zu einem Prototypen zu entwickeln. Am Ende werden die entwickelten Lösungen vor Publikum und Jury präsentiert und prämiert.

Or you are just curious and find circular economy and sustainability are not just arbitrary buzzwords, but strong terms for a livable future. It doesn’t matter if you focus on the campus, the city of Chemnitz , society or business and industry.
Products, services, processes/procedures or IT solutions are wanted. From the idea to the solution approach, prototype or even business model.
The TU Chemnitz is a great cosmos of intellectual potential. We would like to challenge you and invite you to the hackathon at the TU Chemnitz. From 21.11. -24.11.2023, we would like to consider with you on the topic of circular economy how closed loops can be the solution of the future in very different areas.
“Closed loop” recycling is certainly one possible way, upcycling another. The precious plastic community offers suggestions for this.
We are sure that your ideas are great and would like to provide you with rooms, labs and coaches. Even if you don’t have your own idea, but find the format exciting, this is not an obstacle to participation. In addition to your own ideas, there will be a pool of questions, problems and challenges from companies in the region. This will create an opportunity to actively support companies in the region in their efforts to become more circular.
Participating in the hackathon will be a valuable experience for all involved. By working together on the projects and the accompanying content, you will strengthen many skills that are important within such a format. You will also build your skills in entrepreneurship and you may even start a business from the project. The setting is ready!
The degrees of freedom to participate in the hackathon are very high. We don’t want you to have to choose between important courses or professional tasks and the hackathon, but let’s combine it as much as possible.
