DESCRIPTION:Our workshop "Introduction to agile project management with Scr
 um" teaches you a proven approach for complex projects. Scrum encourages a
  collaborative way of working and agile thinking to respond quickly to cha
 nges. We introduce the three roles of the Scrum framework and show how wor
 k is organized in short\, iterative sprints. Daily stand-up meetings help 
 keep an eye on progress and solve problems early. Scrum is based on contin
 uous improvement and adapting to change.\n\nThe workshop takes place over 
 two days. On January 24th\, 2024 and January 31st\, 2024\, from 9:00 a.m. 
 to 1:00 p.m.
