One of the biggest challenges for budding start-ups is to develop a functioning business model from their business idea. In recent years, various models have been developed to support founders in this important step. The best-known method for business model development is the Business Model Canvas, which places the customer at the centre of all activities. But what exactly do you need to look out for in a business model and how can you use the Business Model Canvas effectively?

SAXEED has been offering a short workshop on this topic since this semester, which provides compact knowledge in three hours. The aim is to work out the requirements of a high-potential business idea and present the possibilities of business model development. Using exercises with the Business Model Canvas, you can directly test your real or fictitious business idea.
